About our History

We opened in 1974 with our two founders, Franco Bellamini and Hundar Peinkovitch. Franco and Hundar were both on their separate honeymoons with their wives when they met in Ypres, Belgium. They found each others company good and became friend and friend. Both excited by quality and ingredients, they canceled the honeymoons and went to work together on starting Ingredient Emporium. So dedicated and with no time to not work, their two wives went left because no satisfaction home alone. Now in the 21st century, Franco and Hundar are happier than ever with their Company and that is how we present it to you today. Enjoy!
